An American collector of Japanese old paintings holds a special exhibition “Jakuchu’s Here!” in the three Tohoku cities to support the people in the areas hit by the quake, tsunami and nuclear crisis in 2011. The exhibition is specially designed to inspire the children in the affected areas.
